In every case, a thorough conversation about your vision for your wedding, the services required to help realize that vision, and your budget realities provide the basis for an agreed to estimate.

Separate letters of engagement for Planning Services and/or Floral Services and deposits will be presented once Patina's services are contracted. These deposits will be applied against your final billing.

Floral Design fees cover a broad range. These costs are based upon the choice of flowers, the number of pieces, and the size of each design. Contact us so that we may provide you with a sample pricing sheet which will aid you in planning your budget.

Planning Fees, based upon an hourly rate, start at $50.00 an hour. A detailed time log will be provided with each invoice. Assistants' labor, material and rentals will be billed on separate invoices.

Patina receives no referral fees from any vendor.

Should you decide to have Patina subcontract your vendors (caterer, photographer etc.) PATINA will include a 15% management charge.
